Large Volume Vacuum Degassing is made easy with our 55-Gallon Drum Vacuum Chambers

These Chambers are constructed of heavy welded steel alloy. Our customers find this to be a practical size for use in vacuum degassing, mixing and processing of large bulk containers up to 55-gal drum size. Vacuum mixing chambers can be used for a wide variety of material including, but not limited to: foods, herbs, papers, liquids, jells, powders, plastics resins, epoxies and many other parts and materials.

Industrial mixers use a shaft, screw, blades, ribbons, impellers or propellers to mix industrial materials. Our Industrial Vacuum Mixing System includes a heavy-duty 3/4 HP motor with continuously adjustable AC motor control for precise control over your mixing process. The in-vacuum capability allows a large quantity of material to be mixed and degassed for enhanced performance.

In-vacuum drum mixers and heaters can be ordered with your chamber (round top loading chambers only).

Mixing can greatly improve the degassing operation of almost all materials, a must for thicker materials and jells.

All chambers are vacuum tested to 29.92 inches of Hg or better (10-4 torr) and should maintain this for its life dependent on seal condition and customer use.
