This vacuum chamber is designed to be a rugged bench top unit in production or testing. Some of our customers find this to be a practical size for use in vacuum degassing and test of electronic products. With optional thermal shelves, these thermal vacuum chambers can be very effective in degassing complex structures and components. Many optional features can be included, such as windows, lights, and electrical feed-thrus. Constructed of welded stainless alloy, with interior standard dimensions of 24" high x 24" deep x 24" wide, custom dimensions are optional. The door seal is a (customer replaceable) 3/16" thick O-ring seal to withstand repeated closings. Two draw latches close the front hinged door. All chambers are vacuum tested to better than Air leak rate = 3.3 x 10-8 atm-cc/s and should maintain this for its life dependent on seal condition and customer use.

CART FOR VACUUM CHAMBER
With this cart the vacuum chamber, pump, plumbing, hose and supplies can become an integrated, mobile, vacuum process module. The cart allows you to move the chamber with all of the system parts, easily from place to place. Once the system is in place the leveling feet can be adjusted to fix the unit in the production or testing line.
